About this project

BodFood is a natural haircare brand newly launched in the market at the end of 2021. After testing the market with friends, family and a local network, the founder hired an agency to develop an ad campaign. After several expensive months and very little sales and no retention, we helped BodFood become a brand that customers love.

The first step was understanding who the BodFood customer was—through data analytics, market research and a deep dive into the founder’s mission, purpose and values, a strategy was created to re-launch the brand. Updates to key messaging, website design, EDM automation, PR and a refocused ad strategy were implemented to develop a budget-friendly and effective marketing strategy. A loyalty program and subscription option were also developed and implemented to encourage retention and loyalty.
